Learn From Your Neighbor: Create A Mixed Media Lotus Flower w/Melissa

Join us at The YES! House on Saturday, March 29th at 3 PM for our Learn From Your Neighbor event with Melissa Peterson!

Learn about her journey from a kid who didn't think she had an artistic bone in her body to an adult who has dabbled in many kinds of art and craft styles.

She has most recently been working on mixed media art and will share some techniques on how to create unique backgrounds and how to use old photos, natural items, and stitching in your work.

Finally, you can create your own lotus flower mixed media work to take home!

This event is free and open to the public with light complimentary refreshments available.
